The “2009 China Top 100 Real Estate Companies Research Outcome Release Conference” was held at Beijing Diaoyutai Hotel in March 28~29. The conference was co-hosted by China Real Estate Association, the State Council Development Research Center Enterprise Institute, Tsinghua University Real Estate Research Institute, and the Housing Institute, China Index Research Institute.

The research outcome was based on business size, profitability, growth, robustness, operation efficiency and social responsibility of enterprises. Scientific assessment approaches and indices were used to conduct a systematic research on real estate companies of China and resulted in the announced research outcome of the 200 top 100 real estate companies of China. Among the 2009 top 100 real estate companies of China, Dalian Wanda Group Co., Ltd. ranked 7th in overall strengths, 3rd in operation efficiency, 3rd in social responsibility, and 4th in business size.
