AMC Entertainment (NYSE: AMC), a wholly owned subsidiary of Wanda, is the world's second largest cinema chain, operating 343 theatres and 4950 screens. The company booked revenue of $2.7 billion in 2014, accounting for 19.6% of the year's box office receipts in the United States. AMC theatres are mostly located in the downtown areas of major American cities. The company operates 23 of the 50 highest grossing theatres in the United States and has a total market value of $2.5 billion.

From its 1909 inception, HOYTS now has 52 locations and 424 screens and over 89,000 seats across its network in Australia and New Zealand. Today, HOYTS is the largest single-brand movie exhibitor in Oceania. The HOYTS Group also incorporates Val Morgan which is Australia and New Zealand’s leading national supplier of cinema screen advertising with network coverage of over 2,000 cinema screens, and Australia’s largest digital out of home advertising network, comprised of over 1,350 digital panels in shopping centres and over 2,000 screens across 360 petrol stations nationally. It also includes HOYTS Kiosk, the country’s largest network of DVD and Blu-Ray rental machines in over 700 locations that services more than 3 million customers

World Triathlon Corporation World Triathlon Corporation

US based World Triathlon Corporation (WTC) is the owner of the world's famous Ironman triathlon brand, accounting for 91% share of the world's long-distance triathlons. The ultra-triathlon event IRONMAN? (3.9 km of swimming + 180 km of cycling +42 km of running) and the half Ironman IRONMAN? 70.3? (1.9 km of swimming + 90 km of cycling +21.1 km of running) are the main event brands. It is the world's largest mass sporting event participation platform. From 2016, Chinese cities including Xiamen, Hefei and Chengdu will host Ironman events.

Wanda has a 91.8% stake at Sunseeker, established in 1968. Sunseeker is one of the world's pre-eminent luxury motor yacht manufacturers with annual revenues of around $400 million. Sunseeker is capable of designing and manufacturing luxury yachts independently. Called Rolls Royce on the Sea, Sunseeker is royal families’ favorite yacht brand.

The project is located at the London Borough of Wandsworth and next to the Thames River, overlooking the Hyde Park and the Buckingham Palace. The twin-tower complex is estimated to cost 700 million pounds with 112,000 square meters of building area. The 160-meter Wanda Vista Hotel will offer 173 guest rooms and will become London’s best hotel and new landmark.

With a total investment of $900 million and a combined building area of 175,000 square meters, the 350-meter skyscraper will house a 190-room Wanda Vista Hotel, high-end apartments and commercial spaces, and will be the third tallest landmark in Chicago.
