The twin-tower complex is estimated to cost 700 million pounds with 112,000 square meters of building area. The 160-meter Wanda Vista Hotel will offer 173 guest rooms and will become London’s best hotel and new landmark.

With a total investment of $900 million and a combined building area of 175,000 square meters, the 350-meter skyscraper will house a 190-room Wanda Vista Hotel, high-end apartments and commercial spaces, and will be the third tallest landmark in Chicago.
