Wanda Group recently successfully won the right to develop the Jiefang Road Minleyuan Project in Xi’an. After being completed in 2009, the 300,000-square-meter project will become the largest commercial center in Xi’an and even in northwest China, which incorporates shopping, recreation and entertainment. This is also the second large urban complex project to be invested and constructed by Wanda Group after the successful development of the Wanda Plaza in Xi’an’s Beilin District.
Located in the central area of the Jiafang Road business district and occupying nearly 120 mu of land, the project will be the largest of its kind within the ancient city walls. The lot, surrounded by bustling businesses, is easily accessible, with the planned subway Lines 2 and 5 having stations nearby.
