Wuhan Central Culture District
Wuhan Central Culture District is a 50 billion yuan investment project situated in downtown Wuhan’s Wuchang District, between the East Lake and the Shahu Lake. The project covers 1.8 square kilometers and has a gross floor area of 3.4 million square meters. The development is a mixed-use cultural tourism project featuring entertainment, tourism, commerce, business and residential functions.
Changbaishan International Resort
Changbaishan International Resort (CIR) opened in Fusong County, Jilin Province, and is one of the first national tourism projects in China. It has a total area of 21 square kilometers, with 11.5 sq km of this set aside for construction purposes. CIR is a 23 billion yuan investment project that includes an indoor water park, a large ski resort, luxury resort hotels, a small tourist town and alpine ski cabins.
Xishuangbanna International Resort
Xishuangbanna International Resort is located close to Jinghong City, Yunnan Province. The entire development occupies an area of six square kilometers and will be built with a total investment of 16 billion yuan. The resort will house an outdoor theme park, hotels and resorts, a show theater, a shopping mall and a third-level grade-A hospital.
Nanchang Wanda City
The first phase of Nanchang Wanda Cultural Tourism City has opened. The cultural & tourism project at the Jiulonghu District has 800,000 square meters of building area on a 200-hectare parcel of land. The 22 billion yuan resort houses a Wanda Mall, an outdoor theme park, a group of hotels and a lakefront pub street.
Hefei Wanda City
Hefei Wanda Cultural Tourism City phase I covers an area of 160 hectares, with a gross floor area of 900,000 square meters, and a cultural tourism investment of 24 billion yuan, including tourism, culture, sports, business and hotels. Wanda Mall, the outdoor theme park, cluster of hotels and the bar street have been opened in the first phase.
Harbin Wanda City
Harbin Wanda Cultural Tourism City is a 20 billion yuan cultural tourism investment project located in the Songbei New District of Harbin. The project site covers an area of 80 hectares, with a gross floor area of 900,000 square meters and will include a Wanda Mall, an outdoor theme park, a cluster of hotels and a stage show.
Wuxi Wanda City
Wuxi Wanda Cultural Tourism City is situated on a 200-hectare site in the city’s Binhu District. It has a gross floor area of 3.4 million square meters, a total investment of 21 billion yuan and will house a Wanda Mall, a stage show theater, an outdoor theme park, a cluster of hotels, a bar street and other projects.
Guangzhou Wanda City
Guangzhou Wanda City is a 50 billion yuan investment project located in the city’s Huadu District. It covers 154 hectares and has a gross floor area of 3.8 million square meters. It will include a Wanda Mall, an outdoor theme park, a stage show, a cluster of hotels, a bar street and more.
Guilin Wanda City
Guilin Wanda Cultural Tourism City is located in Yanshan District, Guilin, and covers an area of 200 hectares, with a gross floor area of 1 million square meters, and a cultural tourism investment of 16 billion yuan. The Project will include a Wanda Mall, an outdoor theme park, a stage show, a cluster of resort hotels, a bar street and more.
Chengdu Wanda City
With a total investment of 55 billion yuan, Chengdu Wanda Cultural Tourism City, situated in Binjiang New District, Dujiangyan City, Chengdu, occupies a 310-hectare site with a gross floor area of 5 million square meters. The project will include a Wanda Mall, an outdoor theme park, a stage show, a hotel cluster and a Binjiang bar street, among others.
Chongqing Wanda City
Chongqing Wanda Cultural Tourism City is located in Shapingba District in Chongqing and covers an area of 460 hectares, with a total investment of 55 billion yuan, of which 26 billion yuan is in cultural tourism, including Wanda Mall, an outdoor theme park, a large-scale stage show, resort hotels, a bar street and more.
Jinan Wanda City
Jinan Wanda city is located in Licheng District, Jinan, and is adjacent to the downtown area. The project covers an area of 250 hectares, with a gross floor area of 5.3 million square meters, and a cultural, sports and tourism investment of 31 billion yuan, including Wanda Mall, an outdoor theme park, an ice hockey-basketball hall, a cluster of hotels, large-scale stage shows and a bar street.
