Wanda collects paintings and calligraphy by famous contemporary Chinese artists. Over the past 20 years, it has amassed close to 1,000 works by various artists valued at more than 10 billion yuan. The group has represented China as an overseas cultural ambassador on numerous occasions.

For many years, Wanda Group has contributed big funds to help Chinese modern and contemporary artists hold exhibitions for their art work. Photo: Wanda held a Wu Guanzhong exhibition in Paris in 2004.

In 2012, Wanda held an exhibition of Chinese artist Shi Qi’s paintings at the Louvre in France. Shi has become the first Chinese painter to hold an exhibition at Louvre.
