The Danzhai Wanda Village,built with an 800-million-yuan investment by Wanda Group,has a gross floor area of 50,000 square meters.Built in the Miao village style,it is equipped with a four-star hotel,a multiplex cinema and children's entertainment facilities.The village features ethnic handicrafts,Miao cuisine,Miao medicine and other items with Danzhai characteristics to create a one-stop Miao cultural experience.It welcomed over 3 million visitors within 6 months after opening for business and has become one of the top three destinations in Guizhou.
Guizhou Wanda Vocational and Technical College,with an investment of 300 million yuan by Wanda Group, has a gross floor area of 50,000 square meters and can accommodate 2,000 students; the facilities of the college are at a first-class vocational college level,and the major settings of the college are specially designed for the needs of Danzhai. Based on merits, Wanda will recruit 50% of the graduates to work at Wanda every year.
The Wanda-Danzhai Special Poverty Alleviation Fund started with 500 million yuan,out of which a guaranteed annual allocation of million yuan will be distributed to the impoverished,the parentless,the handicapped and those who are seriously ill in Danzhai County.
